“SPOTLIGHT”

Often employees do good deeds enhancing our resident’s lives ~ recognition is warranted and well deserved. A selection committee meets monthly to determine the recipient from nomination forms submitted in the Spotlight Boxes located at each neighborhood nursing station. We solicit residents, family members and staff to participate in making nominations, thus recognizing the dedication demonstrated by Sunrise Team Members.

This month’s recipients of the  “Spotlight” Award.

 

CASE IN POINT: Both Deb Boisen and DeDe Swan were jointly nominated “for all that they do”. The fact that they both as individuals “go  beyond their duties to help residents and staff” in the Sunlight and Bernstein Centers is greatly    appreciated. It is stated that they “smile, joke, set tables, sit and visit with residents and much more in addition to their housekeeping work/duties for their department. Congratulations!

 

             The Spotlight Committee wishes to thank all those who made nominations this month. The Committee also wishes to remind recipients of the “Spotlight Award” to also make nominations as well. Please do not forget to return the favor. Residents are very much encouraged to make nominations, as well, and it is our hope that all staff will assist residents in completing the Spotlight Nomination form as they request.
