As a part of our continuum of care, Residential Living suites and studios stride the perfect balance between our independent housing programs and our licensed nursing care.  First developed in 1960, Sunrise Retirement's Residential Living program combines an independent lifestyle with "close at hand" services.

  

For many residents, Assisted Living suites and studios provide a combination of independence and interdependence that allows individuals to extend the time they are able to reside on their own.  The social nature of the Assisted Living environment is complemented by the proximity of medical presence, which adds security for Assisted Living residents and provides a smoother transition should advanced care be needed

 

Private Studio Room	$42.00 per day
Private Suite	$52.00 per day
* Double occupancy is based on one room and board charge                         and two service package selections.

 

BASIC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: $38.00 per day

 

24-hour professional nursing staff.

	Medication administration by licensed nursing personnel.
	Three meals per day served family style in the main dining room.
	One weekly whirlpool bath.
	Availability to use physical therapy unassisted.
	Weekly housekeeping services.
	Social and recreational activities
	Laundering of linens (excluding mattress pads, blankets and bedspreads).
	24-hour emergency call system.
	Mail service
	Free use of the laundry facilities for personal laundry

 

 

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES: $43.00 per day

 

Assistance with total bed change or daily bed making.

	Two baths per week.
	Special diet.
	Assistance to and from meals.
	Special treatments as directed by physician.
	Physical therapy services with direct staff assistance and support.
	Physical or psychological conditions that require increased monitoring, as determined by nursing assessment.

             * These services are in conjunction with the basic care services.

 

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

	Respiratory treatments: $7.50 per day
	Beauty and Barber services: cost sheet available at business office
	Laundry Marking Service:$25.00 one time fee
	Laundry of personal clothing: $30.00 per month
	Room delivered meals : $1.50 per delivery
	Nursing supplies such as: syringe, dressings, lotion, Kleenex, etc.
	Van Service: $20.00 one way $25.00 round trip
