Sunrise Retirement Community is expanding the Sunrise Hills independent living homes on South Maple Street.
Currently there are two single homes completed and construction of an additional two single homes and a duplex are underway. The homes have two bedrooms with an additional 10’ x 16’ four-season room. The single homes have a double garage offering and the duplex has a large single garage offering. In the Fall of 2007, the homes were completed and currently one is still available. Sunrise Retirement community held a ribbon—cutting for six new units on Friday, November 16th, 2007.

Sunrise offers a variety of senior living choices. All six units are already spoken for an Sunrise is looking to the future. “We actually have a waiting list for people who desire to live on our campus and our campus will continue to grow at all levels as far as independent living all the way to nursing care,” said Dick Keith, President of Sunrise’s Board of Directors.
