Sunrise Retirement Community is committed to the elderly population.  We support our elders as individuals who are still growing, still learners, still with potential and whose life continues to have within it promise for, and connection to the future.  We believe that our elders are still in pursuit of happiness, joy and pleasure, and his/her birthright to these remains intact.  Moreover, we acknowledge our elders as people who deserve respect and honor and whose work it is to synthesize wisdom from long life experience and formulate this into a legacy for future generations.

is a concept that is strikingly simple, yet seeks to eliminate loneliness, helplessness, and boredom which often accompany long term care. Through this program we show others how companion animals, the opportunity to care for other living things, and the variety with spontaneity that mark an enlivened environment can often succeed.
