active seniors, features 62 apartments with a variety
of one- and two-bedroom floor plans. This dynamic living
community, which opened in March 2009, is the newest

Sunrise Hills
We offer a number of choices for independent living on our campus in a variety of diverse settings. When you join one of our Sunrise Hills homes we reduce your unwanted chores and hassles, so you can relax and do the things you want to do. Our choices enable residents to enjoy each other, safety and security, special services, friendly gatherings and privacy.
Sunrise Hills residents enjoy green lawns, personal gardening, a garage for each home, in-home laundries, emergency call systems and the Gerwulf Community Center. Residents may arrange for regularly scheduled weekly shopping trips in the facility van.
Residents have access to a nurse in the Health Center 24 hours a day. In addition a registered nurse is available for wellness health services.
Residents living in Sunrise Hills housing have admission priority for assisted living, nursing care, Medicare skilled, and memory care services over the general public. Campus residents also have priority for any vacant housing unit over members of the general public.

These federally subsidized apartment homes provide subsidized housing to 50 seniors and persons with handicaps. Get Details

John Gerwulf Community Center
Residents of all of our Sunrise Hills homes regularly enjoy gathering in the
John Gerwulf Community Center. The center offers a variety of activity specific
areas, including the fireside room, exercise center, craft areas, fully equipped
kitchen and general commons room. Residents also can reserve guest lodging
