Sunrise Hills
We offer a number of choices for independent living on our campus in a variety of diverse settings. When you join one of our Sunrise Hills homes we reduce your unwanted chores and hassles, so you can relax and do the things you want to do. Our choices enable residents to enjoy each other, safety and security, special services, friendly gatherings and privacy.
Sunrise Hills residents enjoy green lawns, personal gardening, a garage for each home, in-home laundries, emergency call systems and the Gerwulf Community Center. Residents may arrange for regularly scheduled weekly shopping trips in the facility van.
Residents have access to a nurse in the Health Center 24 hours a day. In addition a registered nurse is available for wellness health services.
Residents living in Sunrise Hills housing have admission priority for assisted living, nursing care, Medicare skilled, and memory care services over the general public. Campus residents also have priority for any vacant housing unit over members of the general public.

This neighborhood, just steps away from the Health Center building, features 29 condos along the intimate, winding neighborhood lane.

Our South Maple Street homes represent our newest addition of independent living choices. There are 4 single homes and a duplex that border the South Maple Street side of our campus.Get Details

These federally subsidized apartment homes provide subsidized housing to 50 seniors and persons with handicaps.Get Details

Sunrise expanded its subsidized housing with 20 additional homes for seniors and persons with handicaps. Get Details
The Pointe at Sunrise
Our 62-apartment-homes complex, now under construction in the center of our campus, is expected to welcome residents in early 2009. This exciting project offers 3 floor plans and many community services. When it opens The Pointe will dramatically expand our choices for independent living. Get Details
John Gerwulf Community Center
Residents of all of our Sunrise Hills homes regularly enjoy gathering in the John Gerwulf Community Center. The center offers a variety of activity specific areas, including the fireside room, exercise center, craft areas, fully equipped kitchen and general commons room.
