Community Impact

With more than 280 residents and 180 employees, Sunrise Retirement has an economic impact in our community that is substantial and significant. Throughout the greater Siouxland community, Sunrise proudly…

  • Provides a vibrant place to live and work
  • Maintains educational and clinical geriatric resources in Siouxland, serving as a clinical site for nursing students from area colleges and school systems
  • Serves as a trusted community healthcare provider
  • Ensures managed healthcare for our residents
  • Offers affordable options and tremendous value
  • Delivers a complete continuum of care for seniors and their families

As the area's only not-for-profit, community-based care continuum, Sunrise has served Siouxland seniors since 1960. Since this time, we've provided an array of senior living choices for approximately 6,000 residents.
